We love St. Edwards park!

Some friends introduced us to St. Edwards park earlier this week and we loved it so much that we've been back twice since our first visit.
The park is located in the Juanita/Inglewood area right by Bastyr University. The toy area is huge and has a separate area for kids ages 2-5.
I think there are 5 slides. Each of the slides is different and all are very fast.
Weehoo! Even Moms can get in on the fun!
There are plenty of swings for kids of all ages. They even have a tire swing.
The big toy area is fun even for little ones. The best part is that most areas are completely enclosed so you don't have to worry as much with the little ones.
Peeking at the kids below.
She loved being able to climb up to the baby slide all by herself.
There is also a large sandbox full of toys. The kids do a lot of climbing and get dirty so I wouldn't suggest putting them in nice clothes.
There is a great paved trail where you can walk or ride bikes. They also have a large trail system that you can hike or mountain bike on. One of the trails leads to the Lake Washington waterfront. We haven't had the chance to do any hiking yet, but look forward to exploring more soon.
There are great open fields for running, picnicking, napping, or making wishes. We look forward to taking a sack lunch and maybe even a kite once the weather gets a little nicer. We love our new favorite park!!!
